CyGO Entrepreneurs can update its data protection policy and put it online, indicating the revision date. We invite you to consult the website to inform you of these updates regularly. The elements targeted by this policy are taken up and updated regularly by the company’s DPO, Laurent Hausermann, in the company’s processing register, which he makes available to the CNIL in the event of an audit.

- Your contact details (postal address and email address, telephone number);
- Your family situation (for example, marital status, number of dependents);
- Information relating to your education, profession, and work experience;
- Data collected as part of exchanges, on its website or social networks, during meetings or exhibitions, interviews, telephone conversations, and emails.
These data are collected after consent and only for the treatments listed below. As an employer, CyGO Entrepreneurs also collects personal data on its employees and candidates.
4. For what use do CyGO Entrepreneurs use your data?
- To comply with its legal or regulatory obligations;
- To enter into a contract with you or to contact you, at your request, to enter into a contract;
- To periodically communicate on its news those of these partners or companies in the portfolio
- To invite you to participate in the events it organizes;
- For the management of applications and personnel administration as part of its role as an employer.
5. Who do CyGO Entrepreneurs share your data with?
Your data is used exclusively by CyGO Entrepreneurs and will not be sold or transmitted to third parties.
However, they may be communicated in some instances, namely:
- To judicial or financial authorities, state agencies, or public bodies, on their request and to the extent permitted by regulations;
- To service providers performing services as part of its investment fund activity: custodians, statutory auditors, periodic control providers;
- To service providers carrying out services as part of their role as an employer: payroll, expense report management, supplementary health, recruitment management, and any other personnel administration service.
- To service providers performing services as part of its communication and event activities
The service providers or subcontractors to which CyGO Entrepreneurs may transfer your data are all located in the European Union and, therefore, subject to the exact requirements regarding personal data protection.
CyGO Entrepreneurs limits the choice of subcontractors or partners processing personal data in a country outside the EU as much as possible. Only the partners below are located outside the European Union: Hubspot: United States of America (CRM, Analytics & Cloud), Google: United States of America (Drive, Emails)
6. For how long are your data kept?
CyGO Entrepreneurs keep personal data for the duration necessary to achieve the processing goal. Regarding the conservation of personal data related to contact forms and applications, CyGO Entrepreneurs undertakes to keep these data for two years. In the event of litigation, CyGO Entrepreneurs reserves the right to keep data that could be useful to him for the litigation and then place them in a separate archive database for 5 years after the exhaustion of appeals.
7. How is the security of your data ensured?
CyGO Entrepreneurs implements IT and organizational security measures to protect personal data. These measures are based on the following:
- the management of access rights to its Google Drive (license per user)
- the rules for external diffusion of information, documents, confidential and including personal data of clients or prospects
- raising awareness among its staff: this document is sent to every new employee when they arrive.
- Finally, in the event of a personal data breach, CyGO Entrepreneurs will inform the CNIL within 3 days of becoming aware of it and; the people concerned as soon as possible.
8. What are your rights, and how can you exercise them?
According to the legislation applicable to your situation, you can exercise the following rights:
- Right to information: you have the right to be informed in a precise, accurate, transparent, and accessible way;
- Right of access: you can obtain information regarding the processing of your data as well as a copy of these data;
- Right to rectification: if you believe that your data is inaccurate or incomplete, you can request that these data be rectified or completed accordingly;
- Right to erasure: you can request the deletion of your data within the limit of what is allowed by regulation;
- Right to limit processing: in some instances, you can request the limitation of the processing of your data;
- Right to withdraw your consent: if you have given your consent for processing your data, you can withdraw this consent at any time. CyGO Entrepreneurs can, however, invoke legitimate and compelling reasons to keep them;
- Right to data portability: when this right is applicable, you can request CyGO Entrepreneurs to communicate your data or, when technically possible, transfer them to a third party without CyGO Entrepreneurs being able to object.
